37th AGM of Pubali Bank Ltd held

The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at the bank's board room in its Head Office in Dhaka through digital platform on Thursday.

M Azizul Huq, Chairman of Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Limited presided over the meeting said a press release issued by the bank on Thursday.

A huge number of Shareholders participated in the discussion through video conference as well and talked about the overall performance of the Bank in the AGM.

They expressed their satisfaction and also suggested a few things for further improvement of performance of the bank.

The Shareholders unanimously approved 10 percent cash dividend for the year which ended on December 31, 2019.

The Chairman thanked everybody for their active participation in the AGM during the end of the meeting.
