Saudia Airlines to operate special flights from Sunday

Saudia Airlines Saturday announced that they will start operating the special flights from Dhaka on Sunday. 

The airlines also said that passengers who have missed their flights between 14 and 18 April will all be accommodated in these flights. 

Tomorrow, it will carry passengers who had tickets on the 14th April, passengers of 15th April will travel on the 19th, 16th April passengers on 20th April and so on. 

Today, on the first day of the special flights, Biman was forced to cancel seven flights. Out of these, the Saud Arabia-bound flights were cancelled because of the General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia's delay in granting permission to Biman to operate the special flights.

Biman has arranged for hotels for the KSA bound passengers and Biman will bear the cost of PCR test for the required passengers 

Bangladesh had earlier given permission to Biman, US-Bangla Airlines, Saudia Airlines, Oman Air, SalamAir, Qatar Airways, Emirates, Etihad Airways, flydubai, Air Arabia and Air Arabia Abu Dhabi to operate 14 daily flights to transport migrant workers to and from Bangladesh.
