29 Indian sailors fly home by Novoair

Due to the coronavirus situation, flights between India and Bangladesh were suspended from March 15

29 Indian sailors have returned home on a special flight of Novoair who were stranded in Bangladesh due to the coronavirus situation.

Novoair special flight with Indian sailors departed from Dhaka 2:30pm (Local time) and arrived in Kolkata at 2:52pm (Local time) on Tuesday.

Due to the coronavirus situation, flights between India and Bangladesh were suspended from March 15.

Novoair currently operates daily 4 flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, 3 flights to Cox's Bazar, 4 flights to Jashore, 4 flights to Saidpur, 2 flights to Sylhet, 2 flights to Barishal and 2 flights to Rajshahi in compliance with the health guidelines issued by the government
