The discussion programme titled ‘The problems and prospects of the Agro-based food processing industry - What to do’. 

The introduction meeting of Oikya Parishad Panel of Bangladesh Agro-Processors' Association (BAPA) for 2021-23 election was organised at Chattogram Club on Tuesday noon.

Chairman of Banoful Kishwan Group Abdul Motaleb presided over the meeting while Panel leader and Chairman of Hashem Foods Limited Abul Hashem introduced the candidates. 

A total of fifteen candidates, including four from Chattogram, were introduced for the upcoming election which is scheduled to be held on 11 April. 

Pran-RFL Group Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Meridian Group Managing Director SM Kamal Pasha, Sea Food Association President Amin Ullah, Convener of Oikya Parishad Chattogram Dudul Datta, BAPA Secretary Iktadul Haque spoke on the occasion.
