The government has announced a set of restrictions to be imposed during the nationwide lockdown.

Yet, there are some services and transports, which will remain out of lockdown restrictions.

According to the government directives, people and vehicles associated with agricultural goods, fertiliser, pesticides, food, industrial goods, material for government projects, kitchen markets, food, medicine shops, hospitals, and emergency services will be excluded from the purview of the restrictions.

Medicine, production and export-oriented industries can keep their factories open upon ensuring workers' safety and health issues.

Expatriates going out of the country will also remain out of the lockdown restrictions.

Bangladesh government has imposed a 7-day countrywide lockdown, starting from Monday, primarily as Covid-19 situation has taken a very dangerous turn here.
