Website launched in Chattogram to make Covid-19 information easily accessible

The Chattogram district administration has launched a website with all kinds of information including Covid-19 test results, medicines for treatment, oxygen cylinders, medical facilities of hospitals and many others.

Mustafa Kamal Uddin, senior secretary of the Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs, inaugurated the website, www.hospitalfinder.info, in Chattogram Circuit House at 5.30 pm on Friday.

The Chattogram district administration said in a press release that all the information of government and private hospitals and clinics of the district will be available on this website. Patients can book hospital seats directly by calling this platform.

Coronavirus test results can be obtained with any mobile phone number. All the details including name, address, location, test fee, sample collection time of government and private Covid-19 test centres in Chattogram can be found here, the press release said.

In addition, the names, addresses and contact numbers of all the organisations providing oxygen and ambulance services will also be available on this website.

Chattogram district administration said the website has been launched to reduce the suffering of people in availing coronavirus treatment.
