Shakib's foundation with Confidence Group to donate Tk20lakh to combat Covid-19

The Shakib Al Hasan Foundation in collaboration with Bangladesh's leading manufacturing engineering company, Confidence Group, has announced to provide Tk20lakh worth of coronavirus testing kits to help the country amid the novel coronavirus outbreak.
"I am extremely proud to announce that Confidence Group has teamed up with my foundation to provide coronavirus testing kits to recognized hospitals and medical institutions across the country," Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib al Hasan confirmed the matter on his official Facebook page.
"I look forward to collaborating with Confidence Group even more to make a difference in everyone's lives," he also added.
Md Tariqul Islam, chief Human Resources and Corporate Communication Officer of Confidence Group said, "Shakib's foundation and we will work together for providing quality equipment to the authorised hospitals for proper test of Covid-19."
"Tomorrow we are going to hand over the sample tetesti kits to the drug administration of the country to check its quality, " he added.
Earlier, some renowned private power producing companies like Summit Power Limited, Confidence and Orion have provided funds amid the novel coronavirus outbreak.
