Residents of Mirpur Bihari Camp staged protest for relief by blocking roads at Mirpur-10 on Tuesday morning.
Confirming the matter to The Business Standard, Sub-Inspector of Mirpur Police Station Jamiul said, "They blocked the road for around 2.5 hours starting at 11am in the morning, to press their demand."
"Later the police and the local councilor assured them of relief and they withdrew the blockade," he added.
