Palestinian ambassador said that such assistance will continue for the poor people of Bangladesh

Muslim ambassadors working in Bangladesh provided six tonnes of food for the poor people of Bangladesh under the circumstances created by coronavirus pandemic.

The food aid was handed over to Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Abu Shaleh Mohammad Ferdous Khan handed at the State Guest Building Padma, in the presence of Foreign Minister Dr Abdul Momen. The Foreign Minister thanked the Muslim ambassadors for such initiatives.

Palestinian Ambassador Yousef S Y Ramadan, Saudi Ambassador Essa Yousef Essa Alduhailan, Egyptian Ambassador Walid Ahmed Shamseldin and Indonesian Ambassador Rina Prihtyasmiarsi Soemarno were present on behalf of the Muslim ambassadors during the transfer of food aid.

Palestinian ambassador said that such assistance will continue for the poor people of Bangladesh.

The Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka will distribute the food to the poor people soon.
