Gazipur DC tests Covid positive

The deputy commissioner of Gazipur, SM Tariqul Islam, has tested positive for coronavirus.
In a virtual meeting today morning, he himself disclosed the matter and urged all to pray for him.
According to the district administration sources, Tariqul Islam developed cough and fever recently.
Later, he got himself tested for Covid-19 and was found positive for the viral disease on Sunday.
However, he is doing well and receiving treatment under the supervision of physicians at his official residence.
