Former secretary Bazlul Karim dies of Covid-19

Former secretary M Bazlul Karim Chowdhury has died from the Covid-19 on Sunday morning. 

He was undergoing treatment at the capital's Mugda General Hospital. 

"Bazlul Karim was in the hospital's ICU from last seven days. He died today morning," Dr Asdul Mazid Nomaan, a doctor from Mugda General Hospital's Anesthesia and ICU Department told The Business Standard.

M Bazlul Karim Chowdhury worked in several high-rank government posts including the deputy commissioner of Tangail, divisional commissioner Dhaka and Chairman of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha Motijheel (Rajuk).
