Gonoshasthaya Kendra founder Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has recovered from Covid-19.

"He was tested coronavirus antigen-negative and antibody for Covid-19 positive," a post from Gonoshasthaya Kendra's verified Facebook page says.

It means that he has completely recovered from Covid-19 and his body also produced antibody against the virus.

Earlier on May 24, Dr Zafrullah was tested Covid-19 positive with the G-Rapid Dot Blot kit invented by his organisation.

On May 28, he was tested positive for Covid-19 in the PCR test by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU) as well.
