Teams conducted drives in 17 markets, including baby foods, surgical mask, hand sanitizer’s retail markets and fined Tk 4,00 to six businesses

Three teams of the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) and three monitoring teams of Commerce Ministry conducted a day-long drive at eight hospitals and markets in Dhaka City on Saturday.
 
Three teams directed Square Hospitals, Green Life Hospital, Labaid Hospital, Comfort Hospital, Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Hospital, Samorita Hospital and BRB Hospital to follow rules and regulations properly about severing patients.  
 
Meanwhile, three other teams conducted drives in 17 markets, including baby foods, surgical mask, hand sanitizer's retail markets and fined Tk 4,00 to six businesses.
 
The markets include Modhubagh, Shahjahanpur, Malibagh Railgate Bazar, Karwan Bazar, Mirpur-6 Kitchen Market, Gulshan-2 Kitchen Market, Vatara Kitchen Market, Nurerchala Kitchen Market, Shahjatpur Bazar and Ati Bazar.
 
DNCRP teams were led by its Deputy Director Md Masum Arefin, Bikash Chandra Das while Assistant Director Md Magfur Rahman, Pranab Kumar Pramanik and Md Mahmuda Akhter supervised the ministry's monitoring teams.
