BPMCA, Walton step up to provide PPEs for Sylhet’s frontline healthcare professionals

Five Sylhet hospitals will receive the PPEs

Bangladesh Private Medical College Association (BPMCA) and Walton have jointly provided 750 personal protective equipment (PPE) for the doctors and healthcare professionals of Sylhet's hospitals.

The BPMCA President Mubin Khan and a Walton representative handed over the PPE to the Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen in the capital today.

Sylhet Osmani Medical College, Shaheed Shamsuddin Hospital, Heart Foundation, Kidney Foundation and Sylhet Chest Disease Hospital will receive the PPEs, said a press release.

The PPE includes KN95 masks, category 3 protective suits, surgical gloves, goggles, shoe covers. Also, Walton will provide some head shields and headgears.
