It has been working to ensure social distancing among people in Manpura and Hatia of Bhola, Sandwip, Teknaf, and Maheshkhali of Chattogram

Bangladesh Navy distributed relief among the poor at slums in Tigerpass, Lalkhan Bazar and jobless people in Dewanhat in the Chattogram city.

The relief items --rice, dal, oil, salt, sugar, and soap-- were collected from rations of Navy officers and sailors, reads a press statement.
Besides, it has been working to ensure social distancing among people in Manpura and Hatia of Bhola, Sandwip, Teknaf, and Maheshkhali of Chattogram.

They have been providing medical care to people infected with the virus, taking steps for keeping abroad returnees in quarantine and assisting local administration continuously to maintain overall law and order situation.

Bangladesh Navy took the initiative to assist the government's measures to curb the spread of Coronavirus infection in the country.The naval force will continue these activities until the overall situation improves.
