Walton extends its ‘Digital Campaign-7’ providing customers the scope to become millionaires

Witnessing huge response from customers towards its ongoing Digital Campaign-7, local electronics giant Walton has decided to extend its - buy Walton products and become a millionaire - digital campaign.
As per the campaign mandate, customers purchasing any model of fridge, washing machine and microwave oven from Walton Plaza, distributors' outlets or E-plaza across the country will get the chance to win taka 10 lakh cash, Tk 1 lakh or other attractive amounts of cash vouchers on the products said a press release issued by Walton on Monday.

Already a good number of lucky customers, buying Walton fridge under the Season-7 digital campaign, had the chance to became a millionaire receiving taka 10 lakh along with other lucky customers receiving Tk 1 lakh and huge amounts of cash vouchers, the release added.
Among them, some lucky customers who have become millionaire are: Tailor Wazed Ali from Gazipur, towel seller Solayman Haque from Naogaon, poultry farmer Chaithwai Aoung Marma from Rangamati, office assistant of the Khansama Upazila Project Implementation Office in Dinajpur Ranjit Chandra Roy, housewife Sufiya Khatun from the capital's South Kafrul, fish farmer Nazim Uddin from Chattogram, Yunus Miah from Laksam in Cumilla, housewife Goyna Begum from Moulvibazar, Sohel Rana from Chatmohor in Pabna and Md. Zahirul Islam from Thakurgaon.
Walton has been conducting these digital campaigns across the country to accelerate the initiative of building a customer database and for delivering online based swift and best after sales service.
The details of the customers and their purchased products, including the name of customer, contact number and the model number of the product purchased, are being stored on a server through digital registration.
As a result, customers can now get after sales service from any Walton service center at any time, even if they lost the product's warranty card.

Thus, Walton has been offering several beneficial services to its fridge customers, including one-year replacement guarantee, 12-year guarantee on compressor, 5-years free after sales service, swift and best post sales services from its nationwide 74 service points as well as allowing customers to purchase products with maximum 36-month easy installments.
Walton Refrigerator's Product Manager Shahiduzzaman Rana said "Walton is displaying and selling over 100 models of frost, non-frost refrigerators, freezers and beverage coolers in the local market."

Engineer Al Imran, CEO of Walton Home Appliances, said that they have 12 models of semi-automatic and automatic top and front-loading washing machines. Prices range from Tk 6,900 to Tk 45,500. Walton also has nine models of microwave ovens which will cost between Tk 6,990 and Tk 19,000.
