Turkish embassy inaugurates ‘Tour for social goods’

Turkish embassy of Dhaka has launched an initiative called "Tour for Social goods" to promote a culture of Safe travel engaging youths in community development activities while boosting the tourism industry in association with Bloodman. 

The inaugural ceremony of the campaign took place on October 29 at the Turkish Embassy at Madani Avenue of Baridhara Diplomatic Zone,  according to a press release sent by Bloodman.

Minister of ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak said, "We need to travel responsibly. We need to be aware to keep ourselves safe from covid-19. In this regard Tour for Social Goods is a great initiative to make people aware. Bloodman may not too much profitable as a startup but they keep great impact for our future generation. Bangladesh and Turkey have long time-tested friendship, we have deep respect and love for Turkish people and government." 

"Our tourism industry needs to promote health awareness, And Bloodman is promoting through Tour for Social Goods. I am going to participate in some of that. Health camp, garbage collection, tree plantation and tube well implementation will be done too. I am very touched to be partner of this meaningful initiative to make it a global movement. Bangladesh is doing excellent in freelancing along with RMG. We are going to have some collaboration between Turkey and Bangladesh in the field of ICT," said Turkish Ambassador Mustafa Osman Turan. 

Robi CEO Mahtab said, "4.4% GDP comes from Tourism industry, we can't neglect it. Robi is extremely proud to be part of it."

Md Sahariar Hasan Jiisun, the founder and Chairman of Bloodman mentioned, "Tour for Social Goods" will boost Tourism sector with safe travel campaign. It will run till July 2021 with organising health camps in remote places. We will bring marginalised people into long term healthcare by telemedicine."

Tour for Social goods will promote a culture of Safe travel and engaging youths in community development boosting the tourism industry. Organizing Health camps in most remote parts of the country and onboarding them to long term healthcare via telemedicine.
