Standard Bank Ltd recently held its 339th board meeting through digital platform. 

Chairman of the Board of Directors Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting on 8 February, reads a press release.  

It was attended by the bank's Vice Chairman Ashok Kumar Saha, Directors Messers Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferozur Rahman, Md. Monzur Alam, S. A. M. Hossain, Al-Haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Ferdous Ali Khan, Al-Haj Mohd. Yousuf Chowdhury, Kazi Khurram Ahmed, Md. Abul Hossain and Najmul Huq Chaudhury. 

Managing Director & CEO Khondoker Rashed Maqsood, Additional Managing Director Md Touhidul Alam Khan, Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Rafiqul Islam and acting Company Secretary Md. Ali Reza FCMA, CIPA also attended the meeting.
