Sasha Denims Limited declared 5% cash and 5% stock dividends to its shareholders for the financial year of 2019-2020 that ended on 30 June, in its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday.

The AGM was held at 10.30 am through a digital platform, reads a press release.

Anisul Islam Mahmud, chairman of the company presided over the meeting, it added.

Independent Directors of the company NKA Mobin FCA and Md Shahadat Hossain FCA, Managing Director Shams Mahmud, Directors Zareen Mahmud Hossain FCA, Jamal Abdun Naser, Ahsanul Haque, CFO Md Sarwar Hossain FCA and Company Secretary Aslam Ahmed Khan attended the meeting, along with a large number of shareholders.

Shareholders of the company approved Audited Financial Statements together with the reports of Directors and the Auditors Report along with the cash and stock dividends.
