Rupayan Swapno Niloy facilities handed over to owners’ association

Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd, a leading real estate company of the country, has handed over all facilities of Rupayan Swapno Niloyto the flat owners' association.
The condominium project is located in the city'sSiddheswariarea, opposite to Viqarunnisa Noon School and College.
The facilities include community centre, swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and mosque, said a press release.
Rupayan Group Chairman LA Mukulon Wednesday(30 December, 2020) formally handed over the aforesaid facilities to Rupayan Swapno Niloy Owners' Association, the organisation of flat owners of the project.
Prior to that, he attended a milad mahfil at the mosque constructed at the project.
He also inaugurated the office of the owners' association and the indoor playground facility followed by visiting the swimming pool, gymnasium and outdoor playground there.
Rupayan Group Vice Chairman Ali Akber Khan Ratan, its advisers Sadat Hossain Selim and Abdul Gaffar, Rupayan Land Development Limited Managing Director (retd) Brig Gen Abul Kalam Azad, Rupayan Housing Estate Limited Deputy Managing Director Mijanur Rahman Dewan, Executive Director (sales) Ahsanur Rahman, General Manager (customer relationship management) Engineer Saiful Islam, President of the association Rezwan Ahmed Toufiq and other senior officials were present on the occasion.
