The Rupali Bank Limited has inaugurated its 577th branch in Nasirnagar upazila of Brahmanbaria district with full online facilities.
As part of its plan to open 100 branches in Mujib Year, the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the bank launched this branch, said a press statement on Thursday.
The bank's Chairman Monzur Hossain as the chief guest and its Managing Director Md Obayed Ullah Al Masud as special guest, inaugurated the new branch through a video conference from its head office.
The bank's Deputy Managing Directors Mohammed Jahangir Alam, Khondoker Ataur Rahman and its other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
