Under the MoU, they will work together on various projects, including Private-Corporate Projects and Public-Private Partnership Projects

Property Development Limited, a sister concern of Pran RFL Group, has joined hands with Sungjee Construction Company Limited of South Korea to enhance its capacity in the construction sector.

The two organisation recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard at the headquarters of Pran RFL Group in the city, says a press release on Monday.

Pran RFL Group's managing director R N Paul and Sungjee Construction Company's vice president Soo Hyun Kim signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Under the MoU, the two organisations will work together on various projects, including Built Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) projects, Private-Corporate Projects, Public-Private Partnership Projects and government-to-government projects in terms of design, construction, management, operation and financing, it added.

Property Development is engaged as a contractor in various construction projects of the country.

In addition to this, the Bangladeshi and Korean organisations will also exchange information on research and market development for future projects.

AKM Jafar Ullah, director of Property Development Limited; HM Jahangir Alam, senior general manager (corporate sales); Mohammad Salauddin Sikder, deputy general manager; GuyoungSong, business development director; and Lee Ju Young, deputy general manager of Sungjee Construction, were present on the occasion among others.
