Le Méridien Dhaka is going to organise a 'Pitha Fest' from January 16 to January 25, 2020. Guests will be able to savour pitha delicacies with the regular buffet dinner at the Latest Recipe.

The Pitha station will feature more than 25 types of delicious and traditional pithas, such as Dudh Khejur, Mug Shola, Golap Pitha, Lobongo Lotika, Shewai Pitha, Badshahi Pitha, Rosh Monjuri, Bhapa Puli, Jhal Pantua and many more.

There will also be a Live Station for Shahi Bhapa and Chitoi with Bhorta.

On this occasion, Constantinos S Gavriel, General Manager, Le Méridien Dhaka, said, 'Pitha is part of the life and culture of Bangladeshi people. Pithas are made throughout the year, but winter is the best time to make and have them.'

'But nowadays people, especially those who live in urban areas, don't have much time to engage themselves in making pitha as it is time-consuming. That is why we are happy to organise the Pitha Fest so that that urban people can enjoy these traditional delicacies.'

The offer will be available for BDT 3,900++ per person. 'Buy One Get One' offers will also be available on selected cards.
