Oppo follows all regulations for marketing smartphones: BTRC Director General

Mr Alam said the available Oppo smartphones in the markets are original as these are imported or assembled properly. So, people can buy these phones without any hesitation as per the market study.

"We always emphasise on three things – regulatory affairs, quality and price, and Oppo has the excel to all of these," said Brig Gen Md Shahidul Alam, Director General (SM) BTRC.

He made these remakes while attending it's 'O Fans Night' at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), as a part of its ongoing 'O Fans Festival' on Saturday, said a press release.

Mr Alam said the available Oppo smartphones in the markets are original as these are imported or assembled properly. So, people can buy these phones without any hesitation as per the market study.

Managing Director of Oppo Bangladesh AED Damon Yang, Public Relations and Communications Manager, and Prominent Youtuber Elita Karim, among others, were present on the occasion.

Oppo organised the programme solely for their loyal fans.  Those who participated in this joyous event shared their experience with Oppo smartphones and how they became huge fans of this brand. Oppo started its journey in Bangladesh in 2014.
