NCC Bank arranged the "74th Foundation Training Course" for its officials at NCC Bank Training Institute in Motijheel in the city.
The closing session of the training programme was held on October 3, where Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, managing director and CEO of the bank attended the event as chief guest.
Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir and Md Habibur Rahman, deputy managing directors and Faisal Ahmed, head of HR of the bank were also present on the occasion.
Dr Syed Zaved Md Salehuddin, faculty member of the institute conducted the course.
Mosheh Uddin Ahmed urged the participants to enrich themselves by acquiring all kinds of banking knowledge to survive in the era of globalisation.
He said that one can become a top banker by making the best use of one's potentials through hard work. He urged the trainees to develop themselves while harnessing qualities like honesty, enthusiasm, sincerity and morality to take the leadership of the banking industry in the coming days.
