Mojar School won an international award

A Mojar School member, Nazmun Nahar, has been selected as the winner of Asia Pacific 2019 in the competition of DHL Got Heart 2019-20, hosted by DHL.

Nazmun Naher, volunteer and Sponsor guardian of Mojar School who is also a DHL employee, participated in the DHL Got Heart competition in 2019 representing the humanitarian organisation, said a press release. 

She got selected primarily along with 144 countries from around 300 participants.  

In the 'DHL Got Heart' competition, any DHL officer involved in social activities besides official job can participate.

They have to show their works in that social organization and of the organization through a video. Based on the video, first, the country winner is selected. Then the regional winner is selected from the country winners. 

Mojar School becomes the first regional winner from Asia Pacific region (Bangladesh, India, Japan, Philippine, Myanmar, Vietnam, Hongkong, Fiji, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, and some other countries in Asia) based on its clear plan and various activities to achieve the goal of building a street child-free Bangladesh in four phases. 

Mojar School (an Odommo Bangladesh Foundation initiative) is working to make a street child-free Bangladesh from 10 January 2013.
