Marcel offers free products, cash benefits against product purchase

Centering the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha, local electronics brand Marcel launched Digital Campaign Season 11 all over the country with the offer of mega customer benefits under its 'Eid Celebration' programme.  

Customers are offered benefits on the purchase of Marcel fridges, televisions, air conditioners, washing machines, gas stoves and rice cookers under the Eid Celebration, reports a press release.

The offers included cash benefits of several lakhs, sure cash vouchers and discounts, different sorts of free products like freezer, TV, AC, mobile phone etc.

Marcel officials announced the mega customer benefits while launching 'Digital Campaign Season-11' with the declaration of 'Eid Celebration Offer' at programme, arranged with keeping social distance and maintaining proper health safety rules at Marcel Corporate Office in the capital on Saturday evening last.

Marcel distributors from all over the country attended the declaration programme virtually. 

Apart from these benefits, customers are offered to buy Marcel's brand new freezer at discounted price in exchange of their old or used fridge of any brand.

In addition, free freezer or sure cash back are available on the purchase of Marcel AC. At the function, Marcel also offered lakhs of taka worth free products, including AC, TV, mobile phone etc, for the customers of  gas stove and rice cooker.

They have been conducting the digital campaign across the country to create a customer database for bringing the after sales service operation under the online automation. During the campaign, some details such as customer's name, contact number and the product's model number have been stored on Marcel server. As a result, the users of Marcel products will easily get the desired after sales service even if they have lost the product's warranty card. Customer database will also help the service center's representatives getting customers' feedback about their respective Marcel products' service. To encourage customers' participation in the campaign, the local brand has been offering special customers' benefits like cash back, cash vouchers etc.
