LHBL holds seminar on ‘Resilient & Sustainable Building Design & Construction’

LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited (LHBL), cement producing company, organised a webinar seminar on "Resilient & Sustainable Building Design & Construction" along with 138 top engineers across the country on June 14.

Dr Raquib Ahsan, professor at Civil Engineering Department of BUET presented the key note at the seminar. 

Ali Ahammad, senior manager of technical services and CIAC lab of LHBL, shared the product specifications, benefits, applications of construction materials and company overview with the participants. 

Dr Mohammad Azizul Haque, head of Civil and Environmental Engineering Department of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Dr Mushtaq Ahmed, professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering Department of SUST, and Dr Mohammad Saiful Islam, associate professor of the same department of the university were also present at the seminar as guest speakers.
