Hamdard General Hospital inaugurated in Munshiganj

Hamdard General Hospital, the first of its sort to combine Unani, ayurvedic, and allopathic treatments, has recently been inaugurated at the Hamdard University Bangladesh campus in Gazaria of Munshiganj district.

State Minister for Religious Affairs Faridul Haque Khan inaugurated the hospital as the chief guest, said a press release.

Lt Col (retd) Mahbubul Alam Chowdhury, director of Hamdard Foundation Bangladesh, made the welcoming remarks at the event while Prof Dr Md Abdul Mannan, vice-chancellor of Hamdard University Bangladesh was in the chair.

Munshiganj-3 MP and Awami League leader Advocate Mrinal Kanti Das, Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Dr Md Nurul Islam, Waqf Administrator (Additional Secretary) Abdullah Sajjad were present at the event as special guests among many others.
