The first Maturity Claim (Individual Life Policy) of Guardian Life was paid out recently. It was settled within 2 working days of document submission.
M M Monirul Alam, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Guardian Life Insurance Limited handed over the cheque to the respected client.
"Such prompt service is an outcome of our continuous pursuit of excellence in customer experience, we plan to cut down this lead time further and provide more efficient service in future", said M M Monirul Alam.
Mahmudur Rahman Khan, SEVP & Head of Retail Business; Mohammad Masuduzzaman Khan, EVP & Head of Underwriting and Policy Servicing; Rubayat Saleheen, SVP & Head of Marketing & Communication and Khaleda Yasmin, EO & Supervisor Customer Services Department were present while handing over the cheque.
