‘foodpanda for business’ launched for corporate clients

With an aim to enable businesses to streamline their ordering experience, foodpanda has recently launched 'foodpanda for business.'

The platform, dedicated to corporate clients, offers convenient ordering with exclusive discounts, option for setting allowances, streamlined billing process and more, reads a press release on Wednesday.

There will soon be catering and pre-ordering options on the platform. In the simplest sense, foodpanda for business will literally place the solution to a company's food and meal-related needs in their hands.

Under this service, companies will be able to order meals for meetings, corporate retreats, press events, office birthdays and of course for each employee's regular day at the office. Businesses will also be able to stock their office pantries to ensure that employees have a steady flow of snacks to keep them primed for the busy workday.

Furthermore, corporates will have access to Pandamart and Shops to facilitate their bulk orders on groceries and pantry items for day-to-day use.

Exclusive discounts will be made available to all foodpanda for Business clients, with the hope that ordering can be as seamless and accessible as possible.

In addition, companies will have complete control over the dashboard and will be able to tailor the service to suit their needs. For instance, businesses with a busy week of events and meetings can pre-order catering service up to 14 days in advance.

The portal will also allow managers, department heads, and relevant personnel to quickly set and alter daily allowances i.e., their line of credit on the platform, update team access to the platform, and oversee ordering related financial activities. The inherent convenience of foodpanda for Business also lies in the fact that detailed ordering reports and invoices are generated monthly which will simplify and streamline accounting.

The platform also helps to avoid expense abuse, removes the need to keep paper receipts, therefore saving much time for both employees and accounting. For employees, the platform eliminates the need to fill out expense reports and wait for reimbursement.

Zubair Siddiky, managing director and co-founder of foodpanda Bangladesh, said "We are happy to introduce a service that offers a convenient and smooth ordering experience for organizations and employees alike."

"The new platform will make the process practical and convenient, while streamlining the billing process to make it transparent and hassle free. With the platform launched now, foodpanda is ready to offer corporate clients a unique experience."

foodpanda for Business is already available in 14 countries and serving 3,000 organisations. The platform can be accessed from this link: https://corporate.foodpanda.com.bd/
