Eastland Insurance Company holds its Annual Conference 2021

Eastland Insurance Company Limited recently held its Annual Conference-2021 to discuss the achieved business target set for the company. 

Mahbubur Rahman, chairman of the company inaugurated the conference on Saturday at the auditorium of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industries (DCCI), read a press release. 

Distinguished members of the board- Kamal Uddin Ahmed, Alhaj Mohd Arshad Ali &  Mahbub Jamil were also present in the Conference and delivered their valuable speech. 

The Chairman expressed gratitude as the company achieved 73% business target set for the year 2020 amid the devastating effect of `Covid-19' pandemic 

He appreciated the management team including all executives & employees of the Company for rendering industrious efforts for business promotion thereby attaining significant achievements during the pandemic effect of Covid-19. 

The Chairman further expressed his confidence that the management shall continue to be unabated and business of the company will be raised in coming days. 

The Chairman repeated his call to the participants to strictly maintain health instructions during Covid-19 and to observe relevant rules and regulations of the regulators while doing business so as to uphold the image and goodwill of the Company.

He stated that the Eastland Insurance Company has passed 34 years of its successful operation and since attained the height of sound financial strength and enviable goodwill. 

The Chairman distributed incentives to the successful executives and officials for their outstanding performances.

Abdul Hamid FCA, Addl. MD & CFO and other senior executives of the company also delivered their speech in the conference.
