Bank Asia Securities holds board meeting

The board of directors of the Bank Asia Securities Limited recently held a meeting at the Bank Asia Tower in the capital.

In the meeting, the company's Chairman A Rouf Chowdhury signed the company's audited financial statement for the year that ended on December 31, last year, said a press release.

Among others, the company's Directors Romana Rouf Chowdhury, Md Arfan Ali, Prof M Shahjahan Mina, Md Sazzad Hossain, Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil, its Chief Executive Officer Sumon Das, and the Company Secretary Md Anisul Alam Sarker attended the meeting.
