The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Prime Finance & Investment Limited was held virtually by using digital platform on Thursday.
The chairman of the company Mohammad Masudur Rahim presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Directors of the company Tauseef Iqbal Ali, Dr Shamim Khan, Waheed Mahmud Khaled, Uzzal Kumar Saha, Engr. Salah Uddin Ahmed, Ahmed Kamal Khan Chowdhury, MBM Lutful Hadee, Prime Finance & Investment Managing Director Md Ahsan Kabir Khan, Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Shahidul Islam and Company Secretary Md Mohsin Reza Khan and others were also present in the meeting.
The shareholders declared 2% Cash Dividend of 2019 in the AGM.
