The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has published the circulars of 42nd and 43th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examinations on Monday evening.

The 42nd BCS examination will be special and 2,000 doctors will be recruited through this exams, while the 43rd BCS examination will be general with 1,814 posts of different cadres.

Recently, the Ministry of Public Administration sent its demand of 1,814 posts for different cadres. Among them, the highest number of recruitment will be for education through 43rd BCS.

A total of 300 cadres will be recruited in administration, 100 in police, 25 in foreign service, 35 in audit, 19 in tax, 14 in customs, 20 in cooperatives, 75 in dental surgeons, and 383 in other wings.

More than 4.5 lakh candidates were on waiting list in 41th BCS preliminary test. The circular of the 41st BCS examination with 2,135 posts was published on 27 November last year.

In addition to this, the aspirants of writing test of 40th BCS were waiting for the declaration of their exam date.
