Temporary cloudy or squally windy weather is likely to be observed at most places in Dhaka, Rajshahi, and Rangpur divisions.

The weather is returning to normalcy today after cyclone Bulbul and the consequent rains wreaked devastation in several coastal districts on Sunday.

However, Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today predicted that the weather of the country is likely to remain cloudy in some areas.

Temporary cloudy or squally windy weather is likely to be observed at most places in Dhaka, Rajshahi, and Rangpur divisions.

While a few places in Chattogram, Sylhet and Barishal divisions would witness light rain.

BMD today advised the maritime ports of Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Mongla and Payra to lower signal.

Squally weather is unlikely over the North Bay, maritime ports and coastal areas of Bangladesh, according to a special weather bulletin issued by the BMD.

The deep depression has weakened into a depression over southeast Bangladesh and adjoining south Tripura.

The cyclonic storm Bulbul made landfall late on November 09, between Sagar Island of West Bengal and Khepupara in Bangladesh, and moved northwestwards into the neighbouring country over the Sundarbans delta.
