A teenage boy and a pregnant woman died of dengue at different hospitals on Monday in Dhaka.
Hasan, 13, who lived with his parents in the Sipahibagh area of the capital, breathed his last around 9:45am at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department’s Deputy Director EKM Nazmul Haque’s wife Sharmin Akhter Shapla also died on Monday at around 4:30am at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital.
She was 32 weeks pregnant.
As of Monday, 13 people have died of dengue at DMCH.
