Police on Monday recovered bodies of two more women from the bank of the Naf River in Cox's Bazar.

A special team of Teknaf Model Police Station recovered the floating bodies on the river this afternoon after being informed by locals.

The identities of the women could not be confirmed as the bodies had decomposed, Teknaf Model Thana Officer-in-Charge Hafizur Rahman said.

So far six bodies have been recovered from the river in three days.

Balukhali Rohingya Camp-11 Incharge (assistant secretary) Arafatul Alam said work is underway to find out the identities of the dead people.
