SKOP to form human chain demanding unpaid wages and Eid bonus

The Sramik Karmachari Oikya Parishad (SKOP) has announced that it will form a human chain as a protest to demand unpaid arrears wages and Eid bonus of workers in Bangladesh on Sunday.

Joint coordinators of SKOP, Fazlul Haque Montu and Naimul Ahsan Jewel, said that the human chain will be formed in front of the National Press Club at 12noon on Sunday.

Fazlul Haque Montu and Naimul Ahsan Jewel urged the leaders and activists of SKOP in a statement on Monday to maintain safe physical distancing during the protest to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
