Sinha murder: Another policeman detained

Another member of the police has been arrested today in connection with the murder of retired Army major Sinha Mohammad Rashed Khan.
A Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) team detained Constable Rubel Sharma over Sinha murder case.
Lt Col Ashik Billah, director (legal and media wing) of RAB confirmed the matter.

"He will be produced before a court in the afternoon," the RAB director said.
Retired major Sinha was killed in police firing at Shamlapur police check-post at Teknaf's Baharchhara union, on Cox's Bazar Marine Drive, on the night of July 31.
Sharmin Shahriar Ferdous, Sinha's elder sister, filed a case at the Teknaf Senior Judicial Magistrate's Court on August 5 over the murder.
