Schoolgirl raped in Rajshahi, classmates among 3 held
Two among the arrestees are the classmates of the girl and the third one is a tenth grader
Three boys including two classmates of the victim have been arrested in Rajshahi in a rape case.
Officer-in-Charge of Godagari Model Police Station Khairul Islam said, the victim's mother sated in the case that her daughter was violated at a home at Godagari area on Monday afternoon.
Police said the 14-year-old-girl has been sent to the Rajshahi Medical College Hospital. She is a ninth grader of a local school.
Two among the arrestees are the classmates of the girl and the third one is a tenth grader.
The OC said, the girl had an affair with one of the arrestees. The so-called boyfriend took the girl to the house of another classmate. No one was at home then.
"The classmate raped the girl while two others were in guard outside."
The girl told her mother about it after returning home. Subsequently a case was filed on Monday night.
Police arrested the juveniles from their respective home on the same night.
