Robi organises event to thank Chattogram customers

Mobile network operator Robi organised a special event titled Dhonnobad (thank you) to show appreciation to its subscribers in Chattogram. 

The programme was held at hotel Radisson Blu Chattogram of the port city on Saturday.

Officials of Robi said at the programme, under the "Dhonnobad" programme, Robi gives presents to their customers during special occasions, free SIM card replacement facility, priority in obtaining information and services in call centers, special discounts at various five star hotels, restaurants, resorts and brand shops.     

In line with the demand of the new era, Robi has introduced its new slogan Life-e notun experience (new experience in life), they added. 

Robi has no strong competitor in the entire Chattogram division. Robi's 4G market share in Chattogram is 4 percent due to its wide network coverage.

"Robi is working to bring a new digital experience to customers in all grounds including health, agriculture, entertainment and sports. We are also working on future technologies including 5G, IOT, data analytics, robotics, artificial intelligence, block chain, big data, so that it does not have to fall backward in the upcoming days. You [customers] are the inspiration for Robi's massive digital activities," officials also said.

Eminent persons of Chattogram, Robi's customers and senior officials of the organisation were present at the programme.
