Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View bans plastic bottles

Five star hotel Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View has banned the use of all kinds of plastic bottles.

In line with the decision, plastic bottles from all rooms, restaurants and halls have been removed and replaced with glass bottles on Saturday.

The hotel authorities recently removed all plastic straws from the hotel.

"The use of plastic has been prohibited in all Radisson hotels to present the next generation with a better world, while upholding Radisson Group's core values," said Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View Managing Director Robin Edwards.

BENEATH THE SURFACE
The Dazzling Fake Flowers: Is there any alternative to artificial flowers while decorating homes, showrooms, offices and business establishments? Fresh flowers are undoubtedly beautiful, but they dry out quickly. Hence, the demand for plastic flowers is rising day by day. Traders said these lifelike silk flowers usually come from China and Thailand. The photo was taken from the 29th International Trade Fair of the Chattogram Chamber on Friday.
