RAB car smashed by pickup van in Dhaka, one injured

A vehicle of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-2) was smashed by a pickup van in capital's Technical intersection on Sunday night.
Witnesses said, the RAB vehicle was taking u-turn at the intersection after coming from Darus Salam area. Meanwhile a banana-laden pickup van, coming from Gabtoli, hit the RAB car, smashing it badly.
The driver of the RAB car sustained injuries on the head. He was taken to nearby BIHS Hospital.
However, the driver of the pickup fled the scene after the accident.
