Probe into Brahmanbaria train accident begins
A total of three probe committees have been formed to investigate the tragic train accident

A three-member probe committee formed by Brahmanbaria district administration has started to investigate the train accident that left at least 16 people dead and over 50 injured in Kasba upazila early Tuesday.
The probe body members already visited the scene and talked with the injured and the authorities concerned.
Mitu Mariam, additional district magistrate and head of the probe body, said, "We started our investigation on November 12. We have not yet been told the deadline for submitting the report."
"We will submit the report once we know the date of submission," she added.
A total of three probe committees have been formed to investigate the tragic train accident.
"Two of the probe bodies were formed by the Ministry of Railways and the other by the Brahmanbaria district administration," Secretary of the Ministry of Railways Mohammad Mofazzal Hossain told the media after visiting the spot.
On Tuesday, the Dhaka-bound Turna Nishita rammed the Chattogram-bound Udayan Express at Mandabagh Railway Station in Kasba.
