OPPO launched a service app for the users. The news app will offer key information regarding after sales services; enabling OPPO users to know about the latest price updates for accessories and servicing updates.
The services are not limited to live notifications only; users will get continuous updates regarding the warranty information.
The new app will be a live query management for users, cutting the lengthy process of getting queries through physical visit or through call centres.
The app will contain necessary information and guide map to nearby service stations. If a user is visiting any area other than their hometown and the smartphone suddenly requires any services, then OPPO Service app is a relief to the users. With OPPO service app, users can easily locate services points with necessary price information regarding required services.
The app will also function as a monitoring status for the health of the device. So, if there is anything that is to be noticed, the app will notify the users.
Regarding the launch of OPPO Service App, PR & Marketing Manager of OPPO Bangladesh, Mr. Iftekhar Sunny said, "Bangladesh has seen rapid growth in digitization in services. Gone are the days when people used to visit services center over a query like price information, latest updates etc. People nowadays prefer a one stop solution and an easy-to-access communication point. So OPPO has launched the new service app for the users to offer all-purpose app for the OPPO fans."
The new service app is compatible with ColorOS 3.1 and above. Users can download it from the OPPO Bangladesh official website www.oppo.com/bd. The app will also be available through OTA update.
