No political programme allowed during SSC exams: Dipu Moni

Education Minister Dr Dipu Mani urged the political parties to not to call any programmes that could hamper Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations.

She said this while visiting an SSC examination centre at Tejgaon Government Girls' School in the capital on Monday.

This year's SSC and its equivalent examinations under 10 education boards began across the country today.

A total of 20,47, 779 students are expected to take part in the examinations.

Earlier, the examination was rescheduled to February 3 from February 1 to facilitate the deferment of the polls to the two Dhaka city corporations.
