However, she was denied bail twice before.

Ayesha Siddiqua Minni has appealed for bail for the third time over Rifat murder case.

An SC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman will be hearing the appeal tomorrow.

Minni’s advocate Z I Khan Panna appealed on behalf of her.

However, she was denied bail twice before.

Amid the controversy and suspension, the wife was produced before a court where, according to police, she confessed her part to the murder. On July 22, Minni’s appeal for withdrawing the ‘confessional statement’ was turned down by the court.

Minni's husband Rifat, 22, was hacked to death by criminals in front of her in broad daylight in Barguna on June 26. The incident was caught on surveillance camera.
