Mild cold wave sweeps over parts of country

The temperatures have started falling in the country, especially in the northern parts for past few days.
Generally, the intensity of winter in Dhaka is less than the other regions of the country. However, the sun was not visible in the capital throughout the day on Wednesday.
Today's minimum temperature in Dhaka city was 18.2 degree Celsius, said a Bangladesh Metrological Department (BMD) forecast.
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country. Moderate to thick fog may occur of the country during midnight to morning, according to statistics provided by BMD.
Night and day temperature may fall slightly over the country, according to the Dhaka Met office
According to the Dhaka Met office, minimum 14.8 C degrees Celsius temperature was recorded in Rangpur till filing of this report in the afternoon.
