The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh recognizes Marufa Ahmed as a Commercially Important Person (CIP) for her significant contribution to the economy of Bangladesh, says a press release.

Minister for Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment Imran Ahmed handed over CIP cards and honors to Marufa Ahmed at a function at Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capital recently, the press release reads.
